Open your feedback portal in your web browser
Access developer tools by right-clicking anywhere on the page and selecting "Inspect" or "Inspect Element" from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Application tab by clicking the "Application" tab at the top of the developer panel.
Navigate to browser data by clicking the "Application" tab at the top of the developer panel. If you don't see "Application," look for "Storage" instead.
Clear browser data by clicking the "Clear All" or "Remove All" button at the top of the panel.
Test the fix by closing the developer tools, refreshing the page (F5 or Ctrl+R), and trying to log in again.
