Connecting user data to feedback transforms how you prioritize and manage feature requests. This integration enables revenue-based prioritization, create a user segment and targeted communications.

Implementation Methods

There are 2 main ways to sync user data & automatically authenticate them:

  1. Works when customers use your app. It adds their data automatically while they use your product. The downside: the users that come directly from the web won't be authenticated through this method.

  2. Works for both app users and web visitors. Users sign in with their existing account. This ensures users never have to create a separate Supahub account and syncs their data during the authentication process. Their data syncs when they log in.

These implementations require technical expertise, so consider involving a developer if you're uncomfortable with the process.
