Steps to integrate Supahub with Intercom
Here's how to integrate Supahub with your Intercom messenger.
Step 1: Access Dashboard
Create a Supahub account if you haven't already by visiting our sign-up page. After registration, log in and directly navigate to the dashboard.
Step2: Integrations Setup
Go to 'Settings' from the left sidebar, then choose 'Integrations'.
Step 3: Intercom Connection
Find 'Intercom' in the integrations list and click 'Connect to Intercom'. Proceed by following the instructions to authorize this access.
Step 4: Intercom Messenger Settings
Switch to your Intercom dashboard, go to 'Messenger & Omnichannel' in the bottom left, and click it.
Go to Messenger "Manage settings".
Step 5: Add Supahub
Navigate to 'Customize Home with apps'.
Scroll downwards to find and select the 'Add an app' button. Subsequently, add Supahub to your Intercom Messenger. After selection, you'll be prompted to modify the title and CTA button text as needed or keep the presets.
Click 'Install' and confirm these changes by selecting 'Save Changes'.
