Here's how to easily transfer your user feedback from Upvoty to Supahub. Let's get started!
Exporting Feedback from Upvoty
Go to 'Boards' in Upvoty.
Choose the feedback board you want to export, then click 'Settings'.
At the bottom of the page, click "Download export file".
Repeat for any other boards you wish to export.
Use CloudConvert to change the files from .XLSX to CSV format.
Importing Feedback into Supahub
Go to 'Settings' then 'Import'.
Upload your converted CSV feedback file.
Map the data fields to Supahub equivalents, like matching 'upvotes', 'title', 'description', etc.
Click 'Next'.
Assign appropriate statuses (e.g., 'In Review').
Ensure boards are matched correctly; create them in 'Boards' section if needed.
Click 'Import' to initiate the import.
