Exporting Feedback from Productboard
Follow these steps to export your feedback from Productboard:
Sign in to your Productboard workspace
Navigate to the export URL by replacing [your_workspace] with your workspace name:

Open the link and select "Download"
Importing Feedback into Supahub
Make sure you've set up the necessary statuses and boards on Supahub before you begin importing.
Go to 'Settings' then 'Import'.
Upload your CSV file containing feedback data.
Map the data fields to Supahub equivalents, like matching 'upvotes', 'title', 'description', etc.
Once fields are matched, click ‘Next’.
Assign the correct statuses, like selecting 'In Review' for 'open' feedback.
Ensure boards are matched correctly; create them in 'boards' section if needed.
Click 'Import' to initiate the process.
