Keeping your users in the loop about new features, updates, or fixes is crucial for engagement and user satisfaction. That's where our changelog notification emails come into play.

How it works

Every time you're ready to share an update or release, our system offers a streamlined process to ensure your message reaches the right audience:

Email Notification

When creating a new changelog entry, look for the "Email Notification" option located in the right panel. Enabling this feature triggers automatic notifications to users who have opted into your changelog updates. Simply check this box to activate email delivery to your subscriber list. If you prefer to publish your changelog without alerting subscribers, leave this option unchecked, and your update will appear on your portal without generating email notifications.

Select Your Audience

Within the changelog creation tool, there's a "Targeted Users" section on the right side. This is where you can choose the segment of users you wish to inform about your update.

Email Dispatch

Once you've made your selections, we take care of the rest. The specified groups of users, along with your changelog subscribers, will receive an email that reflects the contents of your changelog post. This includes everything from the text to the cover image, ensuring your message is conveyed beautifully and accurately.

Email customizations

On our paid plans, you can make emails look like they're from your company by putting your logo on them instead of ours. This way, your emails will match your brand's style.
